Dmitri Nikiforov is resident in and Chair of Debevoise’s Moscow office. For the past fourteen years, Dr. Nikiforov has practiced law in Russia and the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS). In addition to his work at Debevoise, Dr. Nikiforov has, for a part of those years, worked for the Russian Government focusing on complex international transactions.
