Experience
Mr. Eggleston is a litigation partner who principally practices in the area of defense of corporations and individuals accused of a variety of civil and criminal fraud-related offenses. He has extensive experience in internal investigations, both as part of defending against allegations of fraudulent conduct and in response to internal corporate concerns about possible wrongdoing. Mr. Eggleston has recently represented corporations and individuals accused of securities fraud and has significant experience representing Audit Committees in SEC and audit related issues.
