Experience
David Hickok is a partner at Debevoise, resident in the London office, and a member of the firm’s Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity Groups. Mr. Hickok has participated in numerous cross-border acquisitions on behalf of private equity houses and other clients. He also has extensive experience in structuring and implementing complex cross-border financings, including such recent transactions as the $2.9 billion equivalent amount multi-borrower international credit facility for the acquisition of The Hertz Corporation by Clayton, Dubilier & Rice, The Carlyle Group and Merrill Lynch Private Equity.
