Peter Schuur is a tax partner with experience structuring a broad array of transactions including international acquisitions and dispositions, spin-offs, financings and restructurings and partnership transactions. With a strong focus in the private equity field he has advised on numerous U.S. and international private equity buy-outs and on the formation of award winning private equity funds.
