Experience
Vincent J. Bianco is an associate based in the New York office and is a member of the firm’s Corporate Department and Financial Institutions Group. Mr. Bianco’s practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions and regulatory matters in the banking and insurance industries.
Mr. Bianco received a J.D. degree magna cum laude from the University of Michigan Law School in 2010, where he served as a contributing editor to the Michigan Journal of International Law. He received a B.S. in International Politics cum laude from the Georgetown University Walsh School of Foreign Service in 2005.
