Debevoise & Plimpton LLP is advising Morgan Stanley Global Private Equity (“MSPE”) in the sale of its portfolio company, EmployBridge, which it acquired in 2011, to Select Staffing. The combined company will operate the businesses under their existing brand names. Terms of the transaction, which is scheduled to close in February, were not disclosed.

MSPE leverages Morgan Stanley’s leading global franchise to make privately negotiated investments around the world with key offices in London and Hong Kong. Headquartered in Atlanta, EmployBridge is a leading provider of outsourced human resource and specialty-branded temporary staffing services in the United States.
