Debevoise Advises Morgan Stanley Investment Management in Raising $3.6 Billion for its Second Global Infrastructure Fund

Debevoise & Plimpton LLP has advised the Morgan Stanley Infrastructure Unit of Morgan Stanley Investment Management in raising $3.6 billion for North Haven Infrastructure Partners II (NHIP II), the successor fund to North Haven Infrastructure Partners (NHIP).

Among the investors in NHIP II are some of the world’s largest and most sophisticated institutional infrastructure investors, including domestic and international public and private pension funds and insurance companies.

Morgan Stanley Infrastructure is a leading global infrastructure investment platform.
