Debevoise & Plimpton LLP is advising Verizon on its acquisition of Straight Path Communications, a leading wireless spectrum holder, in a $3.1 billion all-stock transaction. The transaction has been approved by the boards of directors of both Straight Path and Verizon and is expected to close within nine months.
