Debevoise Advises Nestlé Skin Health in Non-Prescription Acne Joint Venture with Guthy-Renker

Debevoise & Plimpton LLP is advising Nestlé Skin Health S.A., a global leader focused on science-based solutions for skin health, in its agreement with Guthy-Renker LLC, a leading direct marketing company, under which Nestlé Skin Health will acquire a majority stake in a joint venture focused on the global consumer acne market. The new venture will unite Nestlé Skin Health’s science-based innovation and expertise in skin health with Guthy-Renker’s consumer insights and digital expertise under the Proactiv brand, the world’s leading non-prescription acne brand.
