Daniel Cohen is a law clerk in the Litigation Department. Mr. Cohen joined Debevoise in 2023. Mr. Cohen received his J.D. from New York University School of Law, where he was a staff editor of the Journal of Law & Liberty, served as president of NYU’s Trial Advocacy Society Mock Trial Team, and received the Walter J. Derenberg Intellectual Property Law Award. While in law school, Mr. Cohen served as a judicial extern for the Hon. Raymond J. Dearie of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York. Mr. Cohen received a B.A. cum laude from Washington University in St. Louis in 2020.
