Emma Habanananda is a corporate associate and a member of the Investment Management Group.Ms. Habanananda joined Debevoise as a trainee solicitor in 2020 and completed her training in the London office. Ms. Habanananda graduated from the University of Edinburgh with an M.A. (Hons) in 2018. She completed the Graduate Diploma in Law at BPP University, London and the Legal Practice Course at the University of Law, London in 2019 and 2020, respectively.Ms. Habanananda has an active pro bono practice and is involved with a broad range of projects including the Afghan Pro Bono Initiative, Domestic Abuse Response Alliance, UnLtd Clinic and working with the Centre of Reproductive Rights on a number of international law projects including, assisting in the drafting of an amicus brief in Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization. Ms. Habanananda was admitted as a solicitor of the Senior Courts of England & Wales in 2022.
