Felipe Napolitano Marotta is an international lawyer in the Corporate Department and a member of the Mergers & Acquisitions and Latin America Groups.Mr. Marotta joined Debevoise in 2022. He received his LL.M. from Harvard Law School in 2022. Mr. Marotta received his Master’s degree from the University of São Paulo (USP) in 2021 and his LL.B. from the same institution in 2016.From 2016 to 2021, he was an associate working in the Power Sector Group at Ulhôa Canto, Rezende e Guerra Advogados in São Paulo (Brazil), where he previously worked as an intern.Mr. Marotta is a member of the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB) and is admitted to practice in Brazil. He is fluent in English and Portuguese.
