Maria Luiza J. Oliveira de Barros (“Lola”) is a corporate international lawyer and a member of the Mergers & Acquisitions Group.Ms. Oliveira de Barros joined Debevoise in 2022. She received her LL.B. from Fundação Armando Alvares Penteado in 2015. She also received a post-graduate degree in Corporate Structures and Transactions from Fundação Getulio Vargas in 2019.
