- Clayton, Dubilier & Rice in the formation of Clayton, Dubilier & Rice Fund XII, an approximately $26 billion fund, its largest fund to date.

Lukas Ott is an associate and a member of the firm’s Funds/Investment Management Group in Luxembourg.Mr. Ott‘s practice focuses on the setting-up and structuring regulated and unregulated investment vehicles including SIFs, SICARs, RAIFs, AIFs for international investors, with a particular focus on private equity, venture capital, real estate, infrastructure and credit funds. In addition, he provides regulatory advice for Luxembourg funds.Mr. Ott joined Debevoise in 2021. He studied law at the Universities of Heidelberg and Trier (Frist State Examination), specializing in German and international tax law. He passed his Second State Examination in 2021 after completing his traineeship at the Higher Regional Court of Koblenz with a focus on tax law. Mr. Ott speaks German, French and English.
