Michael L. Cederblom is a corporate law clerk and a member of the Mergers & Acquisitions and Healthcare & Life Sciences Groups.Mr. Cederblom joined Debevoise in 2022. He received his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School magna cum laude in 2022, was a Health Law & Policy Fellow, and served as a notes editor for the Brooklyn Law Review.
