AJ Salomon is a corporate associate and a member of the Financial Institutions Group.
Her practice focuses on advising clients in the insurance industry on corporate transactions, including financings, acquisitions and capital raises, as well as on a range of regulatory concerns. Ms. Salomon’s experience includes significant work with the establishment of sidecar investment structures in the insurance space.
Ms. Salomon joined Debevoise in 2016. Ms. Salomon received a J.D. from Columbia Law School as a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar in 2016, where she was a recipient of the Parker School Certificate for Achievement in Foreign and Comparative Law and an articles editor for the Columbia Journal of Tax Law. She received a B.A. magna cum laude from Colgate University in 2013.
