Alexander Chang is a corporate associate and a member of the Investment Management Group. His practice focuses on sponsors of private equity funds, co-investment vehicles and separately managed accounts, covering numerous sectors and strategies, including buyout, growth, infrastructure, energy and venture. Mr. Chang’s recent experience includes acting for Burford Capital, Carlyle, Providence Equity Partners, Prudential Capital Group, Sequoia Capital and WeWork.
Mr. Chang joined Debevoise in 2017. Mr. Chang received his J.D. cum laude from Washington University School of Law in 2016, where he was an associate notes editor of the Washington University Jurisprudence Review. He received a B.S. from Duke University in 2013. He is fluent in Korean.
