Alice Stosskopf is an associate in the firm’s International Dispute Resolution Group, resident in the Paris office. Her practice focuses on commercial and civil litigation and international arbitration.

As a member of the firm’s International Dispute Resolution Group, Ms. Stosskopf’s practice focuses on complex domestic and international commercial litigation. She regularly represents clients in disputes within a range of sectors including the financial services, energy, pharmaceutical and chemical industries. Ms. Stosskopf’s practice also includes international arbitrations and cross-border enforcement proceedings.

Prior to joining the firm as an associate in 2014, Ms. Stosskopf worked as an intern in the Paris office. Ms. Stosskopf also trained at a French law firm specializing in corporate law and in the legal department of Bouygues SA, a French-listed company.

Ms. Stosskopf is a co-author of “Policing Your Own Jardin – France Signals Eagerness to Take Control of Its White Collar Enforcement,” Compliance and Enforcement (July, 2019); a new guide to help lawyers navigate the differences between French and U.S. criminal justice systems — 10 Things U.S. Criminal Defense Lawyers Should Know About Defending a Case in France (May, 2019); “France boosts tax fraud prosecution,” Compliance & Enforcement (October, 2018); and a guide to help navigate the differences between French and U.S. court litigation — 10 Things U.S. Litigators Should Know About Court Litigation in France (April, 2017).

Ms. Stosskopf is a graduate of Ecole des Avocats (2013), and a cum laude graduate of University of Rennes in Business Law (2011). She holds a Masters in Law (2012) from University of Rennes. She also received an LL.M. from Exeter University School of Law, graduating cum laude (2010).

Ms. Stosskopf is a member of the Paris Bar. Her native language is French and she is fluent in English.
