Andrew Caulfield is a corporate law clerk and a member of the Capital Markets Group.

Mr. Caulfield joined Debevoise in 2025. Mr. Caulfield received a J.D. from Cornell Law School in 2025, where he was a general editor of the Cornell International Law Journal. He received a B.S. summa cum laude from the University of New Hampshire in 2019.
