Brooke Willig is a litigation associate whose practice focuses on a wide range of complex commercial litigation, including employment, insurance, and contract disputes. Ms. Willig also maintains an active pro bono practice that includes federal civil rights litigation and indigent criminal defense.

Ms. Willig joined the firm in 2016. Prior to joining Debevoise, Ms. Willig clerked for Judge Guido Calabresi of the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit from 2015 to 2016, and for Judge Naomi Reice Buchwald of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York from 2014 to 2015. She received her J.D. magna cum laude from Harvard Law School in 2014, where she served as Notes Chair of the Harvard Law Review and was awarded the Sears Prize. She received her B.A. magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from Yale University in 2011.

Ms. Willig is a member of the Bar of New York and is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
