Working with teams in Europe, the U.S. and Asia, the practice is able to bring an international perspective to this work, meaning it is well placed to advise on both regional and global bonus and compensation plans.
The team also works closely with the firm’s highly respected privacy and data protection team to advise on related issues, including cross-border HR data transmission and global human resources information systems.
In addition to advice in specific areas, the team places an emphasis on remaining at the cutting edge of employment and migration law developments in Russia. It regularly shares insights, know-how and training on the areas that most directly impact clients’ operations.
