Caroline Brown is a corporate associate and a member of the Mergers & Acquisitions Group. Ms. Brown joined Debevoise in 2021.

Ms. Brown received a J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School in 2018, where she was a contributing editor of the Michigan Law Review and served on the board of the Native American Law Student Association. She received a B.A. from the College of William and Mary in 2013.

She is currently on secondment with a Firm client.
