Christian J. Clark is an associate in the Litigation Department.
Mr. Clark joined Debevoise in 2017 after clerking for the Hon. Loretta A. Preska, formerly Chief Judge of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York. From 2019 to 2020, he clerked for the Hon. Michael H. Park of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
Mr. Clark received a J.D. from Harvard Law School in 2016, where he was a recipient of Dean’s Scholar Prizes in the Government Lawyer and Poverty Law courses and a member of Harvard Defenders, a legal service organization providing representation to low-income criminal defendants. During law school, Mr. Clark served as an intern in the Securities and Commodities Fraud Task Force of the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York as well as the Enforcement Division of the Securities and Exchange Commission in Washington, DC. He received a B.A. magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from Boston College in 2009.
Mr. Clark is a member of the New York and New Jersey bars. He is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York. Mr. Clark is a member of the Federal Bar Council Inn Of Court.
