Corey Jeremy Goldstein is an associate in the firm’s Data Strategy & Security Group in the Litigation Department. His practice focuses on helping clients navigate complex data-driven challenges, including issues related to cybersecurity, data privacy, and AI, as well as litigation. Mr. Goldstein’s cybersecurity practice focuses on incident preparation and response, regulatory compliance, risk management, and handling related internal investigations and regulatory defense. He regularly advises companies on compliance, governance, risk, and liability issues relating to AI, privacy, and data governance. His litigation practice includes ECPA and FOIA related litigation. He is a leader of the firm’s Data Portal, an online tool that helps clients quickly assess and comply with their cyber breach notification obligations and tracks AI regulatory developments, including heading development of the Debevoise AI Regulatory Tracker tool.

Mr. Goldstein joined Debevoise in 2018. Mr. Goldstein received a J.D. from New York University School of law in 2018. While at New York University School of Law, he was a staff editor on the Journal of Intellectual Property & Entertainment Law. He received a B.S. from Vanderbilt University in 2015.
