Daniel J. Marcus is an associate in the Litigation Department.
Mr. Marcus joined Debevoise in 2020. Prior to joining the firm, he clerked for the Hon. William H. Pauley III of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York. He received his J.D. magna cum laude from Duke University School of Law in 2019, where he was a notes editor of the Duke Law Journal. He received a B.A. with distinction from Cornell University in 2014.
