Daniel E. Stroik is a counsel and a member of the firm’s Restructuring Group. Mr. Stroik centers his practice on distressed investing and corporate restructurings, with a particular focus on financing issues. He regularly represents debtors, existing creditors, debtor-in-possession lenders and other significant parties in large and mid-sized Chapter 11 cases and out-of-court restructurings.

Mr. Stroik joined Debevoise in 2011. He received his J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School with honors in 2011 and his B.A. summa cum laude from the College of New Jersey in 2008. Mr. Stroik is a member of the Bar of the State of New York and is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.

He is currently on secondment with a Firm client.
