David M. Becker is a corporate associate and a member of the firm’s Mergers & Acquisitions Group.

Mr. Becker joined Debevoise in 2015.

Mr. Becker is a co-author of “Early Returns: Companies Change Non-GAAP Financial Disclosures Following Recently Issued SEC Guidance,” The Columbia Law School Blue Sky Blog (September, 2016) and “How to Disclose a Cybersecurity Event: Recent Fortune 100 Experience,” Harvard Law School Forum on Corporate Governance and Financial Regulation (September, 2016).

Mr. Becker received a J.D. from Cornell Law School in 2015, where he was a Myron C. Taylor Scholar and served as general editor of the Cornell International Law Journal. He received a B.S. from the University of Michigan in 2011.
