Evgeny Samoylov is an international counsel in the Moscow office and a member of the firm’s International Dispute Resolution Group. His practice spans commercial, corporate, construction, infrastructure and real estate disputes. He advises and represents clients from a wide range of sectors both in international arbitration and in court litigation.

Mr. Samoylov graduated from the Law Faculty of Lomonosov Moscow State University (MSU) in 2006. In 2010, he defended his Ph.D. thesis in civil (private) law at MSU.

Since 2010, Mr. Samoylov has been an assistant professor at MSU, lecturing and delivering practical classes on civil (private) law.

Mr. Samoylov is admitted to practise in Russia. A native Russian speaker, he is fluent in English and German.
