- Compre, the Bermuda headquartered international legacy group, in its agreement with SiriusPoint on a reinsurance Loss Portfolio Transfer covering approximately $1.3 billion of reserves.

Frank Walters is a corporate associate and a member of the firm’s Insurance and Financial Institutions Groups. Mr. Walters joined Debevoise in 2023. He graduated from the University of St Andrews in 2014 and completed the GDL and LPC at BPP University Law School. Mr. Walters is the author of “Insurance & Reinsurance — EU permissions regimes,” LexisNexis (2020) and “No deal Brexit implications for the insurance sector,” LexisNexis (2021).Mr. Walters was admitted as a solicitor of the Senior Courts of England & Wales in 2020.
