Grace McLaughlin is an associate in the Litigation Department and a member of the firm’s Intellectual Property Litigation Group.

Ms. McLaughlin joined Debevoise in 2022, following clerkships with the Hon. Jane Kelly on the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals and the Hon. Allyne Ross on the Eastern District of New York. She graduated cum laude from Harvard Law School, where she was an articles editor on the Harvard Law Review and was recognized for performing over 1,000 hours of pro bono work. She received a B.A., summa cum laude, and an M.A. in Performance Studies from New York University.

Ms. McLaughlin is the author of Fanciful Failures: Keeping Nonsense Marks off the Trademark Register, 134 Harv. L. Rev. 1804 (2021).
