David H. Bernstein to Co-Chair the Intellectual Property Section of the National CLE Conference

On January 7-11, 2015, David H. Bernstein, a litigation partner and a member of Debevoise & Plimpton LLP’s Intellectual Property and International Dispute Resolution Groups, will be co-chairing the Intellectual Property Section of the Law Education Institute's 32nd Annual National CLE Conference in Vail, Colorado which is co-sponsored by the International Trademark Association and the American Bar Association Section on Intellectual Property Law.

In addition to co-chairing the conference, Mr. Bernstein also will be delivering a presentation addressing the latest developments in trademark law. Mr. Bernstein has litigated a wide range of high-profile intellectual property matters including trademark and trade dress infringement and dilution, false advertising, Internet and domain name law, anti-counterfeiting, copyright infringement, right of publicity, misappropriation, trade secret and patent infringement matters.

In 2014, the IFLR Benchmark Litigation Guide recognized Mr. Bernstein as an intellectual property “star,” and the World Trademark Review 1000 recognized Mr. Bernstein as “indisputably one of the very best trademark lawyers in the country” and noted that his “formidable performances on contentious engagements…earn plaudits from across the globe.”
