Jennifer Deschins is an associate in the Frankfurt office and a member of the firm’s Litigation Department. Her practice focuses on arbitration, litigation, internal investigations, cybersecurity, data privacy, anti-money laundering and competition law.

Mrs. Deschins joined Debevoise in 2018. She graduated from the University of Münster in 2014 (First State Examination) and received her LL.M. cum laude from the University of Maastricht in 2015. Mrs. Deschins passed her Second State Examination in 2017 after completing her traineeship at the District Court in Frankfurt am Main. During her studies, Mrs. Deschins interned at several leading English and American law firms.

Mrs. Deschins is the co-author of “Ministererlaubnis für den Erhalt von Arbeitsplätzen?,” Betriebs-Berater (May, 2016) and the Germany chapter in GIR Know-How: Privilege, published by Global Investigations Review (2020).

Mrs. Deschins is a member of the German-American Lawyers’ Association.

Her native language is German and she is fluent in English.
