Joshua N. Cohen is an associate in the Litigation Department.

Mr. Cohen joined Debevoise in 2018. From 2017 to 2018, he clerked for the Hon. Paul J. Kelly Jr. of the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit, and from 2020 to 2021, he clerked for the Hon. Cathy Seibel of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York. Mr. Cohen is an adjunct professor at Fordham University School of Law, teaching first-year legal writing.

Mr. Cohen received a J.D. summa cum laude from Fordham University School of Law in 2017, where he was the managing editor of the Fordham Law Review, elected to the Order of the Coif, and awarded the Chapin Prize. He received a B.A. from Georgetown University in 2010.
