Joyce Quan is a corporate associate based in the Hong Kong office and is a member of the firm’s Investment Funds and Investment Management Group.

Ms. Quan received an LL.M. from Harvard Law School in 2020, an LL.M. from London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) in 2016 and an LL.B. from Nanjing University in 2015.

Ms. Quan joined Debevoise in 2021 from a leading international law firm where she represented leading global alternative asset managers in the formation and ongoing governance of private equity funds. She is a member of the Bar of the State of New York.

Ms. Quan is a native Mandarin speaker.
