Julie Pickworth has responsibility in the firm's London office for risk, compliance and knowledge management. She provides support on law firm regulation and manages know-how and legal training projects.
Ms. Pickworth joined the firm in 2003. She previously worked at a leading international law firm, where she gained extensive transactional experience in mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, securities offerings and corporate restructurings (1988–1996) and experience in the management of know-how and training projects (1996–2003).
Ms. Pickworth graduated with a first class LL.B. (Hons) degree from Nottingham Trent University in 1987, gained the Law Society Final Examination from the College of Law (Chester) in 1988 and was admitted as a solicitor in England & Wales in 1990.
