Justin Ferrone is a litigation associate whose practice concentrates on complex civil litigation, employment litigation and intellectual property disputes.  His practice includes litigation and counseling on employment issues, including reductions in force and terminations, as well as trademark, false advertising, and various commercial issues disputes, and he has litigated cases in federal and state court and before the National Advertising Division of the Better Business Bureau.  Mr. Ferrone is a member of the Bars of New York and New Jersey and is admitted to practice before the Southern District of New York, Eastern District of New York and the District of New Jersey. Since 2019, Mr. Ferrone has served as a member of the Sports Law Committee of the New York City Bar Association.

Mr. Ferrone joined Debevoise in 2015. Mr. Ferrone received a J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law summa cum laude and Order of the Coif in 2015. He served as a comments editor of the Seton Hall Law Review, and graduated as the Salutatorian of his class. Mr. Ferrone is the author of “Classless Investing: Why Enforcing Class Action Waivers is Proper, and Beneficial, for Investors” 45 SETON HALL L. REV. 1049 (2015). He received a B.M. from New York University in 2007.
