Kirsten Watson is a professional support lawyer in the Corporate Department and a member of the firm’s Mergers & Acquisitions, Capital Markets and Private Equity Groups.
Ms. Watson has experience advising corporates, private equity houses and investment banks on the full spectrum of private and public M&A, private equity, joint ventures, corporate governance and general corporate matters. She has authored articles on a wide range of topics, including the UK equity listing and disclosure regime, the Market Abuse Regulation, the UK takeover rules and corporate governance obligations.
Ms. Watson joined the firm in 2008. She received her LLB (Honours) from King’s College, London and her legal practice certificate (Distinction) from the Institute of Legal Practice, Oxford.
Prior to joining the London office, Ms. Watson was a senior associate in the corporate group of a leading international law firm.
Ms. Watson was admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of England & Wales in 2001.
