Klaudius Heda is an international counsel in the Finance Department based in the Frankfurt office. He focuses on financings and restructurings, capital markets transactions and corporate law. Mr. Heda represents corporate entities, private equity sponsors and financial institutions in a wide range of cross-border transactions. He has extensive experience in corporate financing, intra-group financial transactions, structured finance transactions and real estate financings.

Mr. Heda joined the firm in 2010. Prior to joining Debevoise, Mr. Heda was an associate with another major U.S. law firm. From 1994 to 1999, he studied law at the university of Marburg (First State Examination 1999, Second State Examination 2005). From 2000 to 2003, he worked as a research fellow for the Institute for Comparative Law at the University of Marburg.

In 2013, Mr. Heda was on secondment to the Corporate and Project Finance Team of the Legal Department of a European multinational aerospace and defence corporation.

Mr. Heda is a member of the bar in Frankfurt am Main. His native language is German and he is fluent in English and Polish.
