Martha Brown is a corporate associate and a member of the Mergers & Acquisitions Group.

Ms. Brown joined Debevoise in 2020. She received a J.D. from Michigan Law School cum laude in 2020. At Michigan, Ms. Brown was an associate editor of the Michigan Journal of International Law. She received a B.S. from Santa Clara University in 2016, where she graduated magna cum laude.

Ms. Brown is admitted to practice in New York.
