Maxim Kuleshov is an international counsel based in the Moscow office. His practice focuses on public and private mergers & acquisitions, capital markets and private equity transactions in various industries, including energy and natural resources, financial institutions and transportation.

Mr. Kuleshov joined the firm in 2005, prior to which he was a legal assistant and trainee lawyer for a U.S. law firm and a leading UK law firm. In 2005, Mr. Kuleshov graduated with honours from Moscow State University.

Mr. Kuleshov is admitted to practise in Russia. He is fluent in Russian and English and has a basic knowledge of French.
