Nicolas Posada is a corporate associate and a member of the Finance Group.Mr. Posada joined Debevoise in 2024. Prior to joining the firm, he worked at an international law firm in New York City. He has experience representing clients in connection with the structuring and negotiation of subscription credit facilities, NAV credit facilities and hybrid credit facilities.Mr. Posada received a LL.M. from University of Pennsylvania Law School in 2022 and a LL.B. from Universidad de los Andes in 2020 in Bogota, Colombia.Mr. Posada. is admitted to practice in New York and Colombia. He is fluent in English and Spanish and is proficient in German.
