Paisley Piasecki is a corporate associate in the Intellectual Property and Technology Transactions Group. She also collaborates with the firm’s Data Strategy & Security practice group.

Her practice focuses on advising clients on intellectual property matters in connection with mergers and acquisitions and other corporate and commercial transactions covering a broad range of industries, including arts and entertainment, insurance, software and other technologies. She also works closely with the Board of Directors of the Christopher & Dana Reeve Foundation on board governance matters.

Ms. Piasecki joined Debevoise in 2020. She received her J.D. from New York Law School summa cum laude in 2020 where she was a legal scholarship editor of the New York Law School Law Review and an affiliate of the Innovation Center for Law and Technology. She also served as the Co-President of the Media, Entertainment and Fashion Law Association. She received her B.S. summa cum laude in Communication from Boston University in 2017.

Ms. Piasecki is conversant in French. She volunteers with the New York Junior League and serves as a member of the Alumnae Council of Santa Catalina School (from which she graduated in 2013) as well as co-chair of Santa Catalina School’s New York alumnae chapter.
