Parker Eudy is an associate in the Litigation Department.

Mr. Eudy joined Debevoise in 2020. He received a J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School in 2019, where he was a comments editor of The University of Chicago Law Review. He received his B.A. magna cum laude from Rice University in 2014, where he was elected Phi Beta Kappa.

From 2019 to 2020, Mr. Eudy served as a law clerk for the Hon. James O. Browning, United States District Judge for the District of New Mexico. He is the author of “‘On Behalf of Each Child’: Section 1983 Enforcement of the Right to Foster Care Maintenance Payments Under the Child Welfare Act,” 85 U. Chi. L. Rev. 1719 (2018). Before law school, Mr. Eudy taught middle school as a Teach For America corps member in Houston, Texas.
