Ramsay Salim McCulloch is an English-qualified associate in the Litigation Department. He is a member of the firm’s International Dispute Resolution Group and has experience acting on high-value, complex and multijurisdictional public international law and arbitration matters. Mr. McCulloch is also a member of the firm’s White Collar & Regulatory Defense Group, where he advises on anti-corruption investigations and has acted on several investigations by the UK and U.S. authorities into suspected corporate corruption.
Mr. McCulloch joined Debevoise as a trainee solicitor in September 2012. He graduated from King’s College London and Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne in 2009 with an LL.B. in Law and a Maîtrise en Droit. Between 2009 and 2010, Mr. McCulloch attended BPP Law School in London, where he completed his LPC. He was admitted as a solicitor of the Senior Courts of England & Wales in 2014.
