Samuel Fung is an international counsel in the firm’s Hong Kong office, and a member of the Litigation Department.

Mr. Fung advises the firm’s clients on the full spectrum of litigation matters, including white collar and investigations work. He has particular experience guiding clients through the various civil, criminal and disciplinary proceedings and investigations being conducted by the Securities and Futures Commission (“SFC”) in Hong Kong. He is recognised by The Legal 500 Asia Pacific – Greater China (2024) for his anti-corruption and compliance practice.

Mr. Fung joined the firm from the SFC, where he was a counsel in its legal services division.

Mr. Fung is fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English, and is admitted to practice as a solicitor in Hong Kong and England & Wales.
