Samuel Rosh is an associate in the Litigation Department.Mr. Rosh joined Debevoise in 2018. From 2020 to 2021, he clerked for Judge Edward R. Korman in the Eastern District of New York. Mr. Rosh received a J.D. from Columbia Law School in 2018, where he was a James Kent Scholar, Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar, and recipient of the Allan Morrow Sexuality and Gender Law Prize. Mr. Rosh was executive articles editor of the Columbia Journal of Law and Social Problems. He received a B.A. from Wesleyan University in 2015, where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. Mr. Rosh is admitted to practice in New York, the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
