Sarah Hale is a corporate associate based in the London office and a member of the firm’s Insurance and Financial Institutions Groups.
Ms. Hale’s practice focuses on corporate transactions in the insurance industry and advising insurers, financial institutions, private equity clients and corporates on transactional and regulatory matters. Ms. Hale regularly contributes to the firm’s insurance publications, including in relation to Solvency II and the impact of Brexit on the insurance sector.
Ms. Hale joined Debevoise as a trainee solicitor in 2015. She graduated from Girton College, University of Cambridge in 2013 and subsequently completed the GDL and LPC at BBP University Law School.
Ms. Hale was admitted as a solicitor of the Senior Courts of England & Wales in 2017. She is fluent in French.
