Tamara Kulyk is an associate based in the Moscow office and a member of the firm’s Corporate Department. Her practice focuses on M&A, corporate governance, general corporate law and aviation matters.

Ms. Kulyk joined the firm in 2015. She is a co-author of “Expert Opinion: Flying a business jet to Russia,” Corporate Jet Investor (January, 2019); and “New realities of leasing foreign aircraft in Russia,” ATO Magazine (October, 2018).

Ms. Kulyk graduated with honours from the Moscow State Institute of International Relations with a Masters in International Private and Civil Law in 2016. Ms. Kulyk also obtained an LL.M. in Transnational Business Practice from McGeorge School of Law in 2014.

Ms. Kulyk is admitted to practise in Russia. A native Russian speaker, she is fluent in English.
