Tejas N. Dave is a corporate associate and a member of the Banking Group.
Mr. Dave joined Debevoise in 2022. Prior to law school, he worked at the Federal Reserve Board and at Capital One. Mr. Dave received a J.D. from Emory University School of Law with High Honors in 2022, where he was a member of the Order of the Coif and the Emory Bankruptcy Developments Journal. He received a B.A. with Honors from the University of California, Berkeley in 2016.
Mr. Dave is the author of Rethinking Roadblocks to Municipal Bankruptcy, 38 Emory Bankruptcy Developments Journal (2022) and a co-author of “OCC releases notice of proposed rulemaking on bank mergers,” Westlaw Today (March, 2024); “Takeaways For Banks From Feds' Basel-Adoption Proposal,” Law360 (August, 2023) and “Debevoise Discusses Proposed FDIC Guidelines for Corporate Governance and Risk Management,” CLS Blue Sky Blog (October, 2023).
