Tristan Lockwood is an associate in the firm’s Data Strategy & Security practice.

Mr. Lockwood joined Debevoise in 2022. Prior to joining Debevoise, Mr. Lockwood was a senior lawyer in the disputes group of Australian Government Solicitor where he advised on a wide range of national security and other contentious matters.

Mr. Lockwood received a B.A. and LL.B. (honours) from the University of Queensland in 2016. He subsequently earned an LL.M. from Columbia Law School, New York, where he graduated as a James Kent Scholar and with the Walter Gellhorn Prize for the highest GPA in the graduating class.

Mr. Lockwood was admitted to practice as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland and the High Court of Australia in 2016.
